Doctor Introduction

Dr. Ind obtained his medical license at St. Bartholomew's Hospital in 1989 and joined the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (RCOG) in 1995. He is currently a member of the college. In 1994, he obtained a doctoral certificate from the University of London, and his doctoral thesis focused on exploring the use of placental alkaline phosphatase as a tumor marker in the diagnosis of gynecological malignancies.

Dr. Ind has also won many awards and certificates. He is a registered sub specialist with the General Medical Council, certified by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG) and the British Society of Cervical Pathology (BSCCP) for Ind physician examination techniques, and has obtained Level 3 certification for laparoscopic surgery.

In 2001, Dr. Ind served as a consultant gynecologist at St. George's Hospital and Royal Marsden Hospital. He is currently the head of the Gynecological Oncology Department at Royal Marsden Hospital and the Medical Director of the Private Care Department. Ind has numerous medical papers and has participated in the writing of multiple book chapters. More than 100 signed articles can be found on the Google Scholar website, and he is also the responsible editor for the gynecological medical content of "Grey's Anatomy". He is a role model and patient mentor that young gynecologists aspire to. He strongly supports the promotion of laparoscopic and robotic surgery, with research mainly focused on gynecological surgery. He is the first doctor in the UK to perform robotic gynecological surgery and also the first doctor to perform single incision hysterectomy.

Dr. Ind was born in London in 1966. His parents are doctors and teachers, and he has two brothers. His family has been engaged in the pharmaceutical industry for four consecutive generations. He and his wife Emma have two children.
